RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. You can initiate a return for eligible items within 7 days from the date of delivery. For example, if an item was delivered on December 1st, you have until December 8th to request a return. It's important to note that return requests will not be processed for items marked as "no longer needed."

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition – unused, unworn, with all original packaging, seals, and tags attached. Additionally, please ensure all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards that came with the item are included. Our team performs a quality check on all returned items to ensure they meet these criteria. If an item is returned in unsatisfactory condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

If you wish to cancel an order before it's dispatched, you can do so by contacting our helpline at +9233 55578611. If the order is delivered before cancellation, you can also cancel it by refusing to accept the parcel.

If your return request is not approved, we will communicate the reason to you. Your product will be sent back to you without any shipping charges.
